Logging is a quick way to track a wide variety of health events. When something noteworthy happens (you start coughing, you have a headache come on, you go for a long run, etc), you can make a note of it with just a button push. You can add more details to these events after you use the LogBand’s buttons to track them. This information will give your provider better insight into your overall health the next time you have a visit.
Logging provides a more accurate overview of things going on with your health over a longer period of time. Logging these events lets you keep track of things you might have forgotten about otherwise, as well as provide insights like how often they’re happening. As providers make decisions about ordering tests or starting medications, it is important that they have an accurate history of your symptoms.
You can log the following health events or symptoms:
We will continue to add more events in the future.
You can Log Events directly in the Carbon Health App. Go to “Health Data” and tap on “+ Add New Log”. From here you can also provide supplemental information and notes related to your Log.
Providers can use logged data to get an overview of how things are going for you and what actions you are taking. By logging them when they happen, you will have more accurate data than they might receive if you were trying to remember at a visit.
Log into the Carbon Health Patient App and tap on the “Health Data” icon. You can see a list of your logs, where you can click in to add additional details about your logged event or add log
You can delete a log by going into the “Health Data” and tapping on the log you wish to delete. Scroll to the bottom of the supplemental questions and tap on “Delete Log”
