COVID Testing

Carbon Health no longer offers a general vaccination program to the public, however select locations may be able to provide a COVID vaccine depending on supply availability during an annual check-up. If you’d like to find a COVID-19 vaccination location, please check out our vaccine finder service at: https://carbonhealth.com/vaccine-near-me (opens in a new tab).
