How do I reschedule my appointment?
To reschedule an appointment, you can either download and open the Carbon Health patient app or go to our website at patient.carbonhealth.com. After you’ve logged in, click “View Details” on your upcoming appointment, which will take you to your messages. Once in messages, click on the appointment details widget. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see an option to “reschedule.”
Do I need an appointment to get a COVID Test?
It’s recommended that you schedule an appointment for a COVID test, which you can do by either downloading the Carbon Health patient app or going to our website at www.carbonhealth.com. If you need a travel clearance test, you’ll need to schedule an appointment at one of our primary care clinics that offers those tests. Select urgent care clinics do accept walk-ins for travel clearance COVID tests, but availability will be limited based on the clinic's current capacity and supplies available.
