International & Domestic Testing Information.
Carbon Health meets specific guidelines and provides the necessary lab results for the following destinations:
NOTE: Hawaii Safe Travels restrictions will end on 03/25/2022 at 11:59pm (HST). Travelers arriving on 03/26/2022 and beyond will no longer be required to complete a Safe Travels application to enter Hawaii.
We can't guarantee that we meet specific regulations for any other domestic or international travel. We do not provide any clinical sign offs or wet signature for other travel forms. It is up to the patient to ensure our testing results and turnaround times are valid for their destination and that any paperwork is handled separately.
If you are traveling international, most countries require a COVID-19 RT-PCR and IgM antibody test result. The test must be taken within 72 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the last direct flight to your destination. In some cases the CLIA certificate may also be required. For more information on Carbon Health's licensing and CLIA number, please check out this FAQ.
Carbon Health's rapid testing is NOT a RT-PCR test. If you need a RT-PCR test you MUST schedule a send out test where the results are given by 2pm NEXT day. If the results are given same day, it is NOT a RT-PCR test. To find a location which offers a RT-PCR test, please click here.
