If you're having problems getting into the Carbon Health App, don't panic! There are two common reasons why this might be happening:
If you don't remember your login password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
Your account has been disabled after 3 failed login attempts. In order to enable your account, you will need to contact Central Support.
If you're still unable to login, please contact customer service.
