Sometimes our app will pause for one or more of the following reasons:
1. The device has not been updated to the latest version of iOS or Android. For iPhone or iPad tap Settings > General > Software Update.
2. You need to update the Carbon app to the latest available update. For iPhone or iPad tap App Store > Updates > locate Carbon > tap Update.
3. There is an issues with your Wi-Fi speed or connection. Please check your connection or connect to a different Wi-Fi or cellular network.
4. There's not enough memory on the device to run the app. Please email us with device model, number and software version and we can investigate on your behalf (for example: Apple iPad mini2, iOS 10.4).
