You must be an Admin in your Carbon Provider Profile Settings to make changes to your own schedule and availability. If you are not an Admin, please make the request through your clinic's admin(s).
In the Carbon provider app go to Settings> Staff> Your name> (scroll down on the right side under "Signature") and add ranges to your typical weekly schedule.
For telemedicine-only practices make sure the video toggle is turned on.
Add time off:
If you would like to add time off (i.e. out of the office or vacation), go to Settings > Staff > Your name > (scroll to the bottom) and add time off.
For one-off changes to your schedule, go to Schedule (bottom left of the navigation bar)> and in the top right click ‚ "•••" to add available slots.
Remove available time slots:
To remove slots for a particular day (i.e longer lunch break than usual), click the 🗑 icon next to the appointment slots for those that you want to remove.
