Clinicians have the ability to edit the title of a patient's case at any time.
This is helpful in use cases where a diagnosis term is not as clear to the patient as it would be to a clinician or office staff.
The following video shows how to change the title of a case. In this example, we change the name of a case from "Urinary Tract Infection" to "UTI."
We do this by scrolling to the top of the case, selecting the Edit Icon (✎) next to the case title and updating the case name appropriately. "UTI" will now be the case name that the patient and other providers see.
