We have real-time insurance eligibility built into our app; however, there may be times when an insurance plan can't be verified due to the following:
- The Payer ID not being accurate
- The insurance plan is from a third party
- The insurance provider eligibility system is not responding
Ok, so it's not verified, what do you do? :
Call or email via this form the clinic you'd like to schedule and provide the following:
- Insurance plan name
- Payer ID number
In the meantime, take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and upload it into the documents section of your app.
