We have real-time insurance eligibility built into our app; however, there may be times when an insurance plan can't be verified due to the payer ID not being accurate or the insurance plan is from a 3rd party.
Ok, so it's not verified, what do you do? :
Send a message to your clinic's staff to let them know the following:
- Insurance plan name
- Payer ID number
and ask them to email that information to email@example.com.
In the meantime, take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and upload it into the documents section of your app. Until we verify your insurance, your office staff can rename the title of your case "Insurance Information" so they have the information on file for your visit.
