Here are the steps to add family members to one account:
1) Log in to the existing account in the Carbon Health app
2) In the upper right, tap Settings
3) Tap on "Switch patient"
4) Tap on "+ Add a family member"
The log in details will be the same and you are free to switch between patients using Switch Patient. A Family Account means it will be using the parents or primary account owners insurance and default credit card on file for any transactions.
