To add a family member or partner to your account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the existing account in the Carbon Health app.
- In the upper right, tap Settings.
- Tap on "Switch patient"
- Tap on "+ Add a family member"
The login details will be the same and you're free to switch between patients using Switch Patient. A Family Account means it will be using the parent's or primary account owner's insurance and default credit card on file for any transactions.
