How come the app is not loading?

Sometimes our app will pause for one or more of the following reasons: 

1. Patient/Provider has not updated iOS 

2. Patient/Provider has not updated the Carbon app (even if they have updated iOS) 

3.Patient/Provider is experiencing issues with wifi speed or connection 

4.There's not enough memory on the Patient/Provider's device to run the app.
