What if I do not have an email address?

We strongly encourage patients to create an email address for their account for the following reasons:

📧   Receiving an email confirmation for an appointment.

💵   The ability to manage and pay bills if there is a patient responsibility.

📃   Receiving receipt of their payment.

🤳   Having full access to their medical data instead of the practice having full access to it.


We understand that there are circumstances where a patient will not benefit from creating an email address. In this case please contact your clinic staff and request them to make one for you. They will do so by creating an email alias with their clinic's secure email address. 

For example clinic+PatientID@clinicdomain.com
