What does it mean if my insurance is not verified?

We have real-time insurance eligibility built into our app; however, there may be times when an insurance plan can't be verified due to the payer ID not being accurate or the insurance plan is from a 3rd party. 

Action Items: 

Please send a message to your clinic's staff to let them know, and ask them to email:

  1. Insurance plan name 
  2. Payer ID 

to support@carbonhealth.com.

In the meantime, take a 📸  of the front and back of your insurance card and upload it into the documents section of your app. Until we verify your insurance, your office staff can rename the title of your case "Insurance Information" so they have the information on file for your visit.
