Why does your app need to collect so much data before scheduling my first visit?

During the patient onboarding process, our application asks for information upfront for a few reasons described below. We collect all this information to be able to streamline the clinic visit. 

We have a very high-security standard since we are touching a lot of sensitive information. 

Clinical care: 

A patient's name and demographics are required by our practice partners to provide medical care. 

Claim Submission: 

Carbon's billing platform needs a patient's insurance information, and address to be able to submit a claim. 


Carbon's billing platform needs a patients credit card information to be able to charge a co-pay. A patient can also use the same card to pay a bill if there's a patient responsibility.
